Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of wellbeingkitchen.info, an English-language food editorial website operated by Wellbeing Kitchen from Bristol, Great Britain. By using the website, reading the journal, submitting a contact form or sending a 7-day meal plan request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through its forms.
2. Website purpose
The website publishes lifestyle and food content about diet, nutrition, vegetables, fruits, balanced meals, active lifestyle routines and meal planning. It also lets visitors submit a request for a 7-day meal plan delivery arrangement. The website is informational and request-based. A form submission confirms receipt of your request; it does not by itself create a confirmed delivery slot, menu agreement or payment obligation.
3. Editorial content
Articles, captions, food lists, menu previews, source notes and photographs are provided for general food and lifestyle interest. We aim to write clearly and accurately, but food availability, ingredients, delivery areas and visitor needs vary. You are responsible for deciding whether an ingredient, menu style or routine is suitable for your own circumstances. The final homepage FAQ contains the general informational notice for non-legal pages.
4. Form submissions
You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information when submitting a form. You must not submit false details, another person's contact information without permission, harmful code, abusive messages or content unrelated to the request. Free-text boxes should be used for practical food preferences, allergens, delivery notes and clear questions. We may decline to respond to messages that are incomplete, irrelevant or inappropriate.
5. Meal plan requests
The 7-day meal plan page shows menu previews, estimated plan cost, delivery cost and total for request guidance. Figures displayed by the form are estimates for review and may be adjusted after practical details are checked. A request may require follow-up about address, timing, ingredients, household size or availability before anything is confirmed. You should review all details carefully before submitting.
6. Allergens and preferences
The form includes an allergens field so you can share practical avoidance needs. You are responsible for entering clear, complete information before sending the request. We may ask follow-up questions where details are unclear. Ingredient preferences and allergens can influence whether a request is workable, and a request may be declined if the details cannot be handled confidently.
7. Intellectual property
All website design, text, photography, layout, brand marks, source notes and interface elements belong to Wellbeing Kitchen or are used with appropriate rights. You may read, share links to generated PHP pages and print a copy for personal reference. You must not copy, scrape, republish, sell, frame or adapt substantial parts of the website without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass security, overload forms, use automated submissions, impersonate another person, misrepresent your location, or use the site in a way that could damage Wellbeing Kitchen or other visitors. You must not use the website to transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing or misleading content.
9. Links and third-party resources
The website may rely on external resources such as fonts or a CSS delivery network. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Where we mention publications in source notes, those notes are editorial references and are not endorsements of every view or update those publications may contain.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website at any time. We may change forms, menu previews, cost estimates, page structure or content to improve clarity and usefulness. We aim to keep physical PHP page links accurate and avoid missing endpoints, but temporary interruptions can occur due to hosting, maintenance or technical issues.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wellbeing Kitchen is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data, loss of opportunity or decisions made solely from website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your main remedies are to stop using the website, contact us about an issue, or ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate.
12. Contact and governing law
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or to Wellbeing Kitchen, 24 Willow Lane, Bristol, BS1 4QJ, Great Britain. These terms are intended for use in Britain and are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to consumer protections that may apply where you live.
13. Communications
When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you using the email address or phone number provided for the purpose connected to that request. This may include asking for clearer delivery details, confirming ingredient preferences, responding to a contact message or explaining that a request cannot be progressed. We do not promise a response time for every message, but ordinary business communication takes place Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.
14. Cost estimates and changes
Any cost shown in the review step is an estimate generated from the choices on the page. It is designed to help you understand the shape of the request before you send it. Final practical details may differ because of availability, number of people, delivery timing, location or ingredient preferences. If an estimate changes, you can decide whether to continue the conversation. A website estimate alone is not a final invoice.
15. Severability
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply as far as the law allows. A delay in enforcing a term does not mean we waive the right to rely on it later. Headings are included to make the page easier to read and do not change the meaning of the clauses.
